Individuals, independent professionals and companies can apply. Your tax and payment details are reviewed before your first payment.

Only products with an active commission rate qualify. Offers, purchases using a coupon and your own purchases are excluded. Shipping and taxes never generate commission.

Commissions become complete after the 30-day waiting period following payment capture. When your available balance reaches your threshold, Silurian prepares a settlement for review. Payment is made manually by bank transfer or PayPal after your tax and payment details and document have been approved.

Businesses can provide their own invoice or agree to invoices prepared by Silurian on their behalf. Qualifying private referrals use a settlement receipt. Applicable taxes and withholding are shown separately.

Cancelled purchases earn no commission. Full or partial refunds reduce the corresponding commission. If it has already been paid, the adjustment is deducted from a later balance.

Eligible referrals are attributed within 30 days, only when the customer accepts Affiliate referrals in cookie settings, independently of Marketing. Reports show recorded visits, not every possible visit. A later eligible affiliate referral may replace an earlier one.

Generic paid advertising is permitted. Without prior written permission, do not bid on Silurian, its domain names, misspellings or confusingly similar brand terms, or use them in paid ad copy, display URLs or account names. Add these brand terms as negative keywords where supported. Do not impersonate Silurian or suggest that your site is official. Genuine editorial recommendations and accurate references to Silurian on your own website are permitted. Fake coupons, misleading offers, forced redirects and unsolicited messages are prohibited. Silurian may suspend participation and reject commissions attributable to a documented breach after review; unrelated legitimate commissions are not automatically forfeited.
